    To whom it concern:

    My recent (9-23-15) stay at Comfort Inn Westport was anything but comfort.

    The hotel itself was nice as usual, and its my first choice whenever I go to St. Louis, however, the customer service this time around made the stay horrible.

    There was a fraud concern with my debit card that caused me to call the bank for clearance.  That part was understandable, but when I inquired with the manager, and then GM about why my card was billed three times, the GM ultimately said “…I got my money from you, and I dont care who you talk to…”.  He then hung up the phone after those remarks.  

    Obviously, I’m not Pope visiting the hotel, and I guess he’s right that he got my money, but his actions suggest that I dont have any recourse beyond him, so I’m seeking an understanding from an higher authority.
