    Request Details: So i have a vacation with my husband on August 10 – 13th to Vegas that I am not allowed to postpone (i have called and been told this) even though my sister is on her death bed and I cannot leave her. No i did not get insurance as this was never expected, however it is beyond me that Allegiant has NO compassion. This would be the 4th time travelling Allegiant and now unfortunately this will be the last I am honestly disgusted in the treatment i have received. I hope none of you have to go through what I am going through at this moment, standing over my sisters bedside as she lay here dying.     Thank you for the response, I am disgusted in your lack of empathy, travel protection is one thing but when there is a death is another. I will surely share your response on social media (it goes a long way), with the economy the way it is in Las Vegas one would think an Airline that caters to this area would do anything in there power to build the economy up. NOT so with Allegiant, this would have been our 4th trip with Allegiant and will surely be our last as we will never book with you again. My lose is your gain perhaps this is how you make a profit or give out bonuses whatever it is I would rather see MY money go to a charity, however with the lack of empathy shown I know damn well this will not happen! Enjoy I hope the money is well spent, I am sure I am not the first person this is happened to after all you do need some way to keep your Airline in business at any expense. Great business and customer care….not. And by the way the people operating your phone are extremely rude but i guess I would be too if i was paid minimum wage and only received bonuses if someone involuntary forfeited there trip. PS in the cut off period I already explained i did not know 7 days ago this would happen and waiting each time on the phone only pushed it ahead, you need to get more than one phone. After reading the reviews on blogs you have once again stood up to the reputation as being the worst, the one thing that is positive is I will do my homework from now on, so thank you for that. You could not even say I will give a $5 voucher how pathetic.

    I have been on hold for 72 minutes. I purchased “Trip flex” so I could change my return flight if necessary. The Punta Gorda and St Petersburg airport Allegiant desks are closed for the entire day, ZERO hours open Tuesday and Wednesday prior to my flight. Why does Allegiant sell Trip Flex if you can’t change your reservation?

    I flew your airline onMay13fh,flight was full. On my return flight May 15th because the red an airport in red and OR. Was closed I had to go to Eugene. Driving 2 hours from Bend to Eugene, without cellular, we got to the airport and there was a 5 hour delay. I had to get home to Las Vegas and my daughter i got a flight on Alaska, and had to pay $25500. I will never fly again on allegant again. I think she should be reimbursed .i am an older lady and it really upset me.

    I am trying to add a child to my existing reservation. I have attempted to purchase a separate ticket but because the child is under 15, it will not allow me to purchase.
